Situation:

SNHU's Center for Higher Education Policy and Practice (CHEPP) released a three-part national research series AI in Higher Education that positions SNHU as a thought-leader for institutions as the artificial intelligence (AI) landscape rapidly evolves. The campaign needed clear, accessible communications, multi-platform graphics, internal storytelling, and media monitoring to support a high-visibility rollout to policymakers, higher-education leaders, and SNHU's 12,000+ employees.

Obstacles:

  • Dense, highly technical content requiring simplification for varied audiences

  • Multi-report coordination across academics, legal, AI, and research teams

  • Need for consistent branding across X, Bluesky, LinkedIn, internal articles, and digital signage

  • Fast-moving AI landscape requiring accurate, timely messaging

  • Internal audiences with different levels of familiarity with AI

Actions / Deliverables:

  • Produced reports for stakeholders containing relevant higher education news regarding AI from Cision media clips to inform higher education policy and practice

  • Proofread, edited, and provided feedback on Primer and three AI in Higher Education reports

  • Designed digital signage for SNHU employee work areas to support AI rollout awareness

  • Created multi-platform social graphics for X, Bluesky, and LinkedIn using Adobe Illustrator and SNHU / CHEPP brand guide

  • Wrote a newsroom press release announcing the release of the series

  • Wrote an internal article translating CX research on faculty perceptions of student AI use into accessible content for 12,000+ SNHU employees from various fields

  • Ensured all materials were clear, accessible, and aligned with institutional messaging

Results:

  • Delivered polished, accessible communications supporting a major institutional AI initiative

  • Helped SNHU leadership and employees understand the emerging AI trends and faculty experiences

  • Multi-platform graphics increased visibility and cohesion across CHEPP's external channels

  • Internal article strengthened employee awareness of AI's impact on teaching and academic integrity

  • Media reports saved leadership time and informed strategic decisions around AI communications

  • Deliverables demonstrated cross-functional skills in writing, editing, design, accessibility, and media analysis, all within a rapidly evolving AI landscape
