 My Deliverables

Situation:

SNHU prepared for its 19th year participating in the Great Colleges to Work For Survey and needed clear, branded communications to encourage employee awareness and participation.

Obstacles:

  • Many employees do not want to take time out of their busy schedules to do a survey and often think their feedback doesn't make a difference

  • The updated logo from the Creative team was delayed, and the campaign required multiple coordinated assets on a tight timeline

  • The reminders needed to feel fresh and varied so employees did not receive repetitive messaging throughout the campaign

Actions / Deliverables:

  • Refreshed the previous year's logo by doing some editing magic on Adobe Illustrator removing the old dates and updating with new dates so the campaign could move forward without waiting for Creative

  • Designed digital signs and countdown banners to be editable with intentional variation in layout and messaging to prevent repetition

  • Cowrote three internal news posts that guided employees from initial announcement through final call to participate

  • Made sure employees knew how long the survey would take to complete and emphasized that their feedback would be used to inform meaningful improvements across the university, not just to earn recognition for the university.

Results:

  • The campaign launched on schedule with cohesive and varied messaging across SNHU's internal platforms.

  • The refreshed logo, diverse signage and banners, and timely news posts supported strong employee engagement and reinforced SNHU's commitment to continuous improvement

  • The Great Colleges to Work For list will be released in September 2026 - wish us luck!
