Situation:

Produced AnimeXM, a cosplayer-hosted anime podcast series uniquely presented as the only podcast hosted by anime characters, starring Boba (Alyssa Lorina) and Mocha (Brigette Rose), and their interns Hoshiru and Lord Rito. Episodes covered topics including beginner anime recommendations, food in anime, anime terminology, stereotypes, and interactive "would you rather" anime scenarios.​​

Obstacles:

• COVID-19 restrictions affected scheduling, guest availability, and recording logistics, requiring frequent adjustments to production plans

• Developing a multi-episode podcast required coordinating cast members, managing guest appearances, maintaining consistent audio quality, producing engaging content while balancing workloads between documentary and podcasting projects

Actions / Deliverables:

• Wrote, recorded, and edited all episodes and intro / outro sequences; co-produced the series with Brigette Rose

• Coordinated guest appearances and episode topics

• Created hand-illustrated thumbnail depicting the anime character hosts titled "Anime XM: The Anime Podcast Hosted by Anime Characters!" to establish a distinctive visual and conceptual identity

• Adapted production workflows to accommodate shifting schedules and changing lock-down restrictions during uncertain times

• Managed branding and distribution across YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts
